Kind Flow 1 (45 MIN)

How often are you kind to yourself? We tend to give so much to others but we can’t pour from an empty cup. As we give to others we need to make sure to practice self-care. This can look like doing a kind flow for your mind, body, and energy! Where can you be kind in your practice? Maybe skip a chatarunga or take a child pose. Explore that in this practice.

Upper Back Flow (45 MIN)

In yoga subtle body we are taught that tension thru out the day can build up in our neck and shoulders. This is energetic as well as physical tension. Think about how often you are on zoom, texting, or answering emails. How often are you rolling your shoulder back and sitting up tall? Not sure!? That’s okay…this flow is just for YOU!

Give your body permission to relax. There has been so much going on in our world the last few months. It is important to stay knowledgeable and active but compassionate action without rest will burn you out. Today we do a stretch and release flow filled with your fave poses: Child Pose, Pigeon Pose, Butterfly pose (Badha Konasana) and more. Most of this class is done in relaxing positions and ends with a kindness body scan.

Early Morning Flow (60 MIN)

Wake up to an early morning flow filled with crescent pose, warrior poses, twist and balancing challenges.

Namaste Yoga Flow (60 MIN)

Creae a little namaste in your day with this all levels flow. Focus on hip stabiliity, creating space in upper body, and hamstring stretches.

Slow Burn Flow (45 MIN)

You don’t always need a chatarunga to build heat. You can move your body at a slower place and incorporate functional movement to find a challenging flow. Lets explore our side body thru side plank, side angle, half moon and more.

BREEMindful Flow 1 (60 MIN)

When we live mindfully we are able to see things from the outside looking in. It shifts our perception and it helps us to be more considerate of how we impact others. This interconnectedness can support compassionate action. So much is going on in our communities and this practice is simply a go with the flow day. You will find side plank, pyramid pose, dolphin pose, a modified vinyasa and lots of mindful movement.

BREEMindful Flow 2 (60 MIN)

Continuing to flow mindfully as we ground within ourselves. Enjoy malasana (yoga squat), bakasana (crow or crane pose) , tree pose, warrior 3, and a traditional vinyasa flow.

BREEMindful flow 3 (60MIN)

Our third day of mindful flowing where we allow the body to move from heart openers to forward folds. It is a dance in the body that allows you to see what your body finds more challenging and what its familiar with. We bring this concept together to embrace the many areas of duality in our life to create harmony in the body.

Twist and Balance Flow (60 MIN)

Life is full of twist and turns. Today we move practice this on our mat to make it easier to breath thru the twist and tuns off the mat.

Kundalini Inspired Flow (60 MIN)

One of my favorite types of yoga is Kundalini! Kundalini yogis bring together mantras, physical poses and breathwork all in one.

Rise and Shine Flow (25 MIN)

Some days you dont have an hour for yoga. Join me in a 25 minute fast moving mindful flow. We will get our hearts pumping , awaken our senses, and create space. Enjoy sun salutations, twist, warrior poses, and a heart opener!

Standing Split Sequence (60 MIN)

This sequence focus on neutrally standing poses. Emphasis on hips, hip flexors, hamstrings and balance.

Body Movin' Flow (60 MIN)

Enjoy an untraditonal flow. Moving around on your mat to embrace all the shifts and changes in your life.

Bird of Paradise (60 MIN)

Bird of Paradise is a pose I used to hate! It took me a very long time to realize there was more than just flexibility or open hips to get into this pose. It's truly a connection between mind, body and breath. It challenges you to confront your focus, strength, and balance. You may fall out of this pose you may not always get into it the way you want but you learn alot along the way.
